What does AdukooCMS actually do?+
It's a SaaS Agreement Management & Contract Lifecycle Management workspace. You can draft contracts with a rich-text editor, share them for review with stakeholders, collect e-signatures (built-in or via DocuSign), version them, lock them with a password, and track renewals automatically. It's used by corporates, enterprises, businesses, and individuals.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes. Every new workspace gets a 7-day free trial with full feature access — no credit card required. After 7 days, you need an admin-granted paid license to continue signing in.
Why two currencies?+
AdukooCMS is operated by Adukootech, an Indian company. Customers with an Indian GST registration are billed in INR (with GST extra). International customers are billed in USD. For exact payment instructions and our bank/remittance details, email reachus@adukoo.com — we'll send the relevant payment instructions once you confirm your billing country and seat count.
Is the license refundable?+
No. Once payment is received and the workspace is activated, the license is non-refundable and non-cancellable for the full 12-month term. This is stated explicitly in section 2 of the Terms of Service.
Is there an uptime SLA?+
No. AdukooCMS is a self-service SaaS that depends on third-party database, network, and hosting providers. We provide it as-is, as-available. We do operate a best-effort support and escalation channel at reachus@adukoo.com — most issues are resolved quickly — but we make no uptime warranty and do not refund or credit fees for any downtime. Enterprise customers can negotiate a separate support agreement with response-time guarantees.
Can you take TDS deductions for Indian payments?+
Yes. Indian customers may deduct applicable TDS at the prevailing rate. Provide a valid TDS certificate against the invoice number and the net amount will reconcile correctly.
Do you offer custom enterprise plans?+
Yes — at 50+ seats we offer custom onboarding, dedicated support escalation, and quarterly business reviews. Email reachus@adukoo.com for a quote.
